May we honour the earth beneath our feet and the sky that stretches our thinking wider.
May the forests remind us to breathe deeply, to stand tall and to grow without rush.

May the oceans teach us rhythm and renewal, washing away what no longer serves and returning us to balance.
May the mountains steady our hearts, offering perspective when life feels loud and uncertain.

May we walk gently, listen closely and remember that we are not separate from this living world, but shaped by it.

Guide our hands to protect what is fragile, our minds to choose care over convenience and our hearts to remain open to wonder.

May nature restore us, ground us and quietly remind us who we truly are.
