New Chapter: Poetry by Markus Hamence – Thursday 1 December 2025
Dedicated to my friend Natalie Renna
A new chapter begins bigger than the last,
three hundred and sixty-five days breathing possibility,
each one a nodding invitation
to live with intention, presence and trust.
Gratitude becomes the first language of the morning,
a thank you whispered to the light,
for breath, for lessons, for another chance
to meet the day with an open and thankful heart.
There is a knowing that guides each step forward,
something unseen yet deeply felt,
a spiritual thread weaving purpose through the ordinary,
reminding you that you are never walking alone.
And in this new chapter, creation begins within.
Thoughts move quietly toward reality,
imagination opens doors the world once doubted,
and belief gives shape to what is yet unseen.
Abundance is no longer something to chase,
it becomes a state of alignment and allowance,
where our intention meets action
and possibility multiplies with trust.
Some days arrive soft and flowing,
others ask for surrender and faith,
but every moment carries meaning
when you listen beyond the noise.
This new chapter is written with awareness,
with reverence for growth and inner truth,
trusting that over the next three hundred and sixty-five days
you’ll rise, align and remember who you are,
guided by gratitude, grounded in spirit,
and open to all that is unfolding.
