Obsidian
born of fire,
cooled in seconds,
holding centuries inside its skin.

Black as night without apology,
it mirrors what we try to hide,
cuts through illusion with a clean edge,
asking for honesty, not comfort.

A stone that grounds the body
when the world spins too fast,
anchoring spirit to earth,
steady, protective, unwavering.

Obsidian does not hide,
it reveals.
It breaks old layers,
shields the heart,
and reminds us that strength
is often shaped in heat,
pressure,
and the courage to look within.
